Streaks lets you track up to 6 habits at a time. Its focus is on building an unbroken streak of checking off your daily habits, and it connects to Apple’s iOS Health app to automatically check off some fitness habits for you.

Jawbone mood data

Sukrit Mohan, senior software engineer in Jawbone’s data science team, explored Jawbone users' mood data to find correlations for happy and sad moods. He found that sleeping 8-9.5 hours per night correlated with the best morning mood scores, and that many users had better moods on weekdays at 5pm than earlier in the afternoon.
